Our porch was never built correctly and was falling apart. I called a few contractors and either never got a call back or received estimates that were never followed up with. Finally a co-worker recommended TMG Companies and they delivered. My phone inquiry was immediately answered. An estimator came out within a week to make a quote for a deck, stairs, and overhang. A proposal was emailed 3 days later and once I accepted they started work in 2 days! The project took about 4 days but stretched out a week due to weather. I’m super pleased with the result. High quality workmanship, professional and kept me up to date daily. It’s extremely sturdy and well built everything up to code and I will definitely recommend them for future projects!!! I’m so glad I found them and Paul was a wonderful project manager. I highly recommend them for any home projects.

I was looking for a mold remediation service and I interviewed 2 companies before coming across TMG and they were the right choice! Tyler and Paul both guided me and assured me of how they could help and guided me through the process of how and when it would be done! This company was so responsive and answered all my questions( and there were plenty) leading up to the day of the remediation. Tyler came to my home with Paul early in the morning set up the plastic got all the equipment up and going did help with installing a vent fan for the bathroom to help with the mold in the bathroom to be removed and the moisture to escape to help mold stay gone. I am so happy I hired them they are so honest, dependable, friendly and above all else professional. I just started doing renovations on my home, so I asked about my kitchen and they pointed me I. The right direction and can’t thank them enough. If I ever have any questions about my home I know I can contact Tyler and Paul and they will be available to help. Thank you again guys I really Appreciate everything you have helped me with! 🙏🏽

TMG, where to start?1) They enjoy double booking. Did you take a day off from work? Well if your job is smaller than another one, they will cancel that day and ask to reschedule. They will do this again and again! For my job alone they did it three times!2) Did you ask their office to call you after they canceled at the last minute again? Did they say they will call that Monday afternoon? Did they- of course not. What happens when you follow up on Tuesday asking them to call you? Well they say, “He’ll call you at lunch.” Will they? No. Will they do this for 5 days straight? You betcha.3) After pushing your job from September into mid-February, when you say, do you remember what is needed for the job and what materials do you need, do they reply, yes I have it all. Do they have it all? No, of course they do not.4) When you get the bill and see that they charged you for a service they did not provide and you ask them to remove it in an email, do they instantly charge your credit card? But of course.5) When the owner, Tyler Gonzales calls you and says, “I really can’t talk, I don’t have that much time, I have a big job I have to do in Mystic” does he follow it up by talking down to you saying, “Do you know what profit is Jon?” or perhaps, “We did all the sh*t you asked” or perhaps, “We did the f*cking job” is that par for the course? Why yes it is.6) When Tyler Gonzales says that he will send you an updated receipt and ensure that the work they did is in line with what they are charging, will he? This is point six guys, you should know very well that he did not, has not emailed back, nor called.
We hired TMG for a large interior painting job and they did a great job. Chris and Will were hard workers, friendly, and very respectful while in our home. They showed great care for their work, reviewing what they had done with me daily and updating me on progress. Tyler stopped by several times during the week to monitor the work and even had Chris come back to do touch ups later when requested. It was clear that Tyler and his team all wanted to ensure we were happy with the work. Most importantly, the rooms they painted look wonderful!

We scheduled a whole house cleaning with TMG. The person showed up late three hours. They left dark hand marks on freshly painted walls. They cleaned the microwave which turned out short circuit the control panel. The quality of cleaning was bad. Dust/dirt left under the oven and refrigerator. They charged more than original quoted price and left a mess. Good luck!
