TMG, where to start?1) They enjoy double booking. Did you take a day off from work? Well if your job is smaller than another one, they will cancel that day and ask to reschedule. They will do this again and again! For my job alone they did it three times!2) Did you ask their office to call you after they canceled at the last minute again? Did they say they will call that Monday afternoon? Did they- of course not. What happens when you follow up on Tuesday asking them to call you? Well they say, “He’ll call you at lunch.” Will they? No. Will they do this for 5 days straight? You betcha.3) After pushing your job from September into mid-February, when you say, do you remember what is needed for the job and what materials do you need, do they reply, yes I have it all. Do they have it all? No, of course they do not.4) When you get the bill and see that they charged you for a service they did not provide and you ask them to remove it in an email, do they instantly charge your credit card? But of course.5) When the owner, Tyler Gonzales calls you and says, “I really can’t talk, I don’t have that much time, I have a big job I have to do in Mystic” does he follow it up by talking down to you saying, “Do you know what profit is Jon?” or perhaps, “We did all the sh*t you asked” or perhaps, “We did the f*cking job” is that par for the course? Why yes it is.6) When Tyler Gonzales says that he will send you an updated receipt and ensure that the work they did is in line with what they are charging, will he? This is point six guys, you should know very well that he did not, has not emailed back, nor called.
