With 6 years at TMG and decades in the trade, Paul Sr. leads our plumbing operations. A passionate teacher and mentor to the younger generation, Paul loves to travel and share his deep plumbing knowledge.

Brandy is the engine behind the scenes, ensuring every job is delegated and executed. A proud mom of two, she thrives on teamwork and keeping things running efficiently.

Julian drives our digital presence and lead generation. A pro bodybuilder and football lover, he makes sure TMG’s message hits hard online and on-site.

Danielle is solution-focused and client-driven, always crafting the best restoration plans. A proud mom of two, she loves Saint Petersburg, Florida, and helping families find peace of mind after a loss.

ASD, WRT, and AMRT certified, Paul Jr. leads our mitigation projects with precision. A motorcycle and dirt bike enthusiast, he also competes in a local pool league.

A true nature lover and car enthusiast, Eric keeps our fleet moving. He loves hiking the White Mountains, has a soft spot for pizza and cheese, and brings dedication to everything he does.

Known as the “Drain Snake Master,” Mateo is a Norwich Tech grad who brings top-tier customer service and technical skill to every job. When he’s not snaking drains, you’ll find him playing soccer or snowboarding.

An avid bowler and Norwich Tech graduate, Caleb keeps our job sites running smoothly with sharp inventory control and standout customer service.

Adam is a Norwich Tech graduate and licensed P6 plumber. Outside of work, he’s all about motorcycles and riding free.

A family man through and through, Justin brings heart to the team. He loves cars, combat sports, sushi, and working alongside those he considers family.

A standout student from Grasso Tech and a future P6 license holder, Vera is part of our work release apprenticeship program. She loves trail riding, music, and crochet — a creative force with strong leadership and technical skills.
