Mateo and Adam did a great job replacing part of my sewer line. Very friendly and professional, great work done, happy to answer all my questions and give me advice moving forward.

I had an emergency my pipe split on labor day and I called and they answered me asap Patrick responded and he came right out and fixed the problem he is such a wonderful person to work with he's very polite professional and knows what he is doing. I recommend him to anyone. This is the second time he came out and he did what he had to do to fix the issue

Old cast iron pipes in basement were corroded looking like they were ready to expire at anytime. Patrick provided a detailed inspection and quickly scheduled a time and date to get work done. He communicated regularly even right up to his wedding day! Mateo and Adam arrived promptly and worked non stop from start to finish. Patrick had told me it would be completed in one day. I was skeptical, and amazed when Adam and Mateo said they were done. After the PVC pipes were installed, they ran all faucets and toilets to be sure there were no leaks. Everything was functioning smoothly. The guys mentioned the main water shutoff was very old and very difficult to turn and recommended a replacement or a secondary turnoff to be added. I will be having them provide that work soon. Very satisfied with TMG service and communication from start to finish.

We found ourselves without water on a Sunday afternoon. Not having a specific plumber in mind we searched on Google. We immediately knew we were in good hands as soon as the emergency response person answered the phone. She explained everything so clearly and patiently. She let us know that Patrick would be at our house in a little over an hour to help. Patrick was able to figure out the problem and gave us choices on which solution would work best for our situation. We chose to have him return the next day to finish up the job, which ended up with the need for a new water tank. Patrick was extremely prompt, completely upfront about pricing, and left everything cleaner than he found it. We are now happily apart of the TMG family.

Mateo did a great job! He was quick, fixed a clog and leak in our shower and sink. He explained everything he was doing along the way and did a great job cleaning up. I would use TMG again whenever we needed them. If I could give them more stars I would!

Very highly recommend. Their response time is impeccable. I needed an emergency repair to my furnace on a Saturday evening, and TMG had someone contact me and sent a tech out as soon as possible. Patrick was extremely professional and knowledgable on the issue. He had me up and running in minimal time.

Amazing fast professional service. I called right before 5pm on a Friday for a second floor toilet leaking through the floor into our downstairs mudroom. TMG was able to get a plumber to me an hour later. Patrick was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue without any trouble. Called for an emergency sewer line back up response was great plumber Patrick Sullivan was on site in an hour. Very professional got right to the problem and resolved it saving Birchwood Commons from an expensive clean up. Can't say enough on how impressed I am with the service. Highly recommend.

When my brother-in-law's sewer line backed up on Saturday morning, and a plumber he had been put in contact with was available to come out on Monday, I let him know I had a better option. Mateo & Daniel with TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions came out within a few hours, and the problem was solved in just over 1 hour. If you want to know that a sewer line backup problem is really solved, there's no way to do that unless you camera the line all the way to the sewer main in the street. They ran their camera 110' to the sewer main in the street, and we now know the job is done with the blockage cleared and there are no additional repairs needed!

I called TMG as I had an emergency situation with a water leak. This company provided excellent communication throughout. They sent a tehnician to my house in the middle of a bad snow storm. The tech determined that my water leak was not a plumbing issue, but he was able to figure out what caused it. This enabled me to take steps to stop the leak. I highly recommend TMG, as they didn't even charge me for the service call because it wasn't a plumbing issue. These are honest people. They even offered to help me with the insurance claim process!

We had a major plumbing problem with sewage spilling into our basement. We called TMG Plumbing on a Sunday night in a snow storm and within an hour Justin arrived. He was a life saver! I had a main drain line blockage on a Sunday. Called 4 or 5 places and either they never called back or told me they were not available. Someone at TMG answered right away, told me how much it was going to cost up front, and arrived in about an hour. In an hour the tech "Adam" cleared the blockage. I have a new plumbing company.
